Command Line Parameter Level Select
Warp to any level by starting the game with the command line parameter QUEST:E-L-D-, replacing the dashes with a corresponding number.
E = Episode (1-3)
L = Level (1-9)
D = Difficulty (1-5)

To enter "examine level" mode, hold capslock + d + x.
For each code given below, press backspace, then enter the code.
