35-40 Hours
Jonathan Morin of Ubisoft tweeted that Watch Dogs will last for at least 35-40 hours without doing the optional missions, and will last for about 100 hours upon full completion.
"@vytla102 I would say the average player which does free roam a bit tend to reach the end within 35-40h. But doing everything is close 100h.

Extra content and upscaling rating in Australia
Ubisoft has been able to add more content to the open world game of Watch Dogs, since it was delayed last November. But since one of the new scenes features suggested sexually themed strong violence, the Australian Classification Board (ACB) upscaled the R15+ rating to R18+. In Europe, Watch Dogs already was rated PEGI 18+.
"The team of developers had been given more time to make the game look, feel and play even better, as that was the obvious point of the whole delay", according to Ubisoft.
Release date
Watch Dogs will be released on May 27th, for PS3, PS4, Xbox360, Xbox One and PC. PS4 will have at least 1 hour extra of exclusive content.
