Well here we are, entering the 90's with our article series about Game Releases by EA Sports. Every year bought something new to the gaming industry. Well EA Sports managed to introduce in 1990 their first boxing game. Still to date there are not many boxing games or not as much as the football games and NFL games.

In 1990 people loved Skate and Snowboarding games since at that date EA Sports released the second Skate game and the first Snowboarding game. No need to mention that the most loved sport in USA has been in EA Sports's plans since the beggining and still is but under another name (John Madden Football then, Madden NFL now).

Anyway let's get to the games. Here they are:

1. Low Blow

2. Ski or Die

3. Skate or Die 2

1987 Game Releases by EA Sports

Written by igcompany on Thursday, 28 June 2012 13:32.

We will continue to present the sports games that EA Sports released over the years. After we posted the games EA Sports released in 1992 we should start now with the beggining. The first sports games Electronic Arts released was in 1987 and this represented a new beggining for the gaming industry. EA Sports took it to a whole another level and their sports games continue to break selling records.

Of course over the years several things happened like releasing games for different platforms and stopping the development of NFL and NHL for PC the platform that was actually intended in the first place for those games.

Not too much to present for the '87 released games but anyway these games are representing an important part in the gaming history, so here they are:

1. Earl Weaver Baseball (1987)

Earl Weaver Baseball 1987

2. Skate or Die

Skate or Die 1987

It's amazing to see how games evolved over time and to think that the guy on the 'Skate or Die' cover must be around 50 now and the little kids that were playing those games in 1987 are over 30 years. We got now smartphones, tablets and more platforms to choose from on where do you want to play your favourite games. Kids are now playing games by using motion control (Kinect or PS3 Move) or even voice control. That should've sound crazy in 1987!

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 New Screenshots Gallery

Written by igcompany on Thursday, 21 June 2012 14:24.

As we promised earlier here we prepared a screenshots gallery with all of the official pictures that have been released until now.

You can see for yourself now how the game looks like expecially if you are a fan of sci-fi first person shooters. In one of the pictures you can even see a mask like one of those you can spot in Halo. Not really inventive Treyarch, right?

If you ask me the graphics don't look that great, actually it would be great if they will be at least as good as in Black Ops 1.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will be released on november 13th, 2012 and will be available on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.

This is the first CoD that will have it's story set in the future. What Activision is trying to do with the series? Well we will only know after the game will be released and the opinions will start rolling in. They still have a lot to recover since Battlefield 3 is way ahead with it's cool multiplayer system, which in Call of Duty is kind of outdated and needs improvements. This is actually what the whole Call of Duty series needed but did they make the right move?

We will see ...

Of course there are some new developers and it's obvious that the game is changing it's strategy and by doing that uses another developing company to do it better. Call of Duty Black Ops 2 will be developed by Treyarch and not Infinity Ward anymore.

Here it is the screenshots gallery for Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and additionaly you can see the behind the scenes preview for Black Ops II and find out more about how the game is being created:
